Alexandra de Lara is the founder of De Lara Studio. With nearly two decades of experience in luxury beauty—working across iconic names including Creed, Tom Ford Beauty, and La Mer—she founded the studio in 2025 to bring the same level of rigor and care to visionary founders building legacies of their own.

As a brand partner, Alexandra supports clients through moments of growth and transition, pairing corporate-level expertise with a high-touch, human approach. Her work centers on storytelling, experiential design, and community, guiding growth that is intentional and built to last.

Originally from Miami, Alexandra moved to New York City to pursue a B.A. in Advertising & Marketing Communications at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she later earned a Master’s in Cosmetics & Fragrance Marketing and Management.

She resides in the NYC area and is a mother of two—an experience that continues to inform her commitment to doing meaningful work.
